1. Services

Eastern Relaxation INC offers massage therapy, head spa treatments, and wellness services at our location at 6666 Harbor Town Drive, Suite A #307, Houston, TX 77036. All services are subject to availability and therapist scheduling.

2. Appointments and Bookings

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
• We recommend booking in advance as availability is limited.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a reduction in price.

3. Cancellation Policy

• We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows may be charged the full service amount.

4. Payment

• We prefer payment by cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
• Payment is due at the time of service.
• Gift cards are available for purchase and may be used toward any service.

5. Health and Safety

• Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or health concerns prior to your session.
• Eastern Relaxation INC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose condition may be contraindicated for massage or spa treatments.
• Our services are not a substitute for medical treatment. Please consult your physician if you have health concerns.

6. Memberships

• Memberships are available for recurring monthly services.
• Membership fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable.
• Members may cancel their membership with 30 days written notice.
• Membership benefits are non-transferable.

7. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are available for purchase in any denomination.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
• Gift cards do not expire.

8. Personal Belongings

Eastern Relaxation INC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please leave valuables at home or keep them with you during your visit.

9. Code of Conduct

Eastern Relaxation INC is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all guests and staff. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the service without a refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

Eastern Relaxation INC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
